How long you take to process an order ?

Generally, most of the orders are processed within 1-3 business days and sent for shipment. But delays can happen due to holidays and weekends.

How do I cancel my order ?

If you have paid for an order and you need to make any changes or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing an order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed / cancelled.

Payment Options

We use the most secure payment option on this planet; PayPal. Once you click pay now button during checkout, you are taken to payment page hosted by PayPal itself to complete the transaction. All the data you enter there (Credit Card details, PayPal Login Details etc) are entered and only used on PayPal’s own site.  We do not store any of your details on our site.
However, if you make an account on our site, we’ll store your login details and account passwords of ThePetsBazaar in our database. Our site is also protected by 256 bit encryption by Comodo. Therefore, you need not to worry about your login details of our site as well because it is protected with worlds most secure encryption system.

So, what is the complete payment procedure if I buy anything on your site?

Here are few simple steps to follow.

  1. Select a product of your choice and Add to Cart.
  2. Once you have added all desired items to your cart, click Checkout.
  3. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
  4. You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
  5. You can then follow the on screen instructions to make the payment.

PayPal is an easier and the most secure payment system available to send and receive money online. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment. When you make payment for your order, you get multiple options to make payments. That includes;

After you click the checkout button, you’ll be sent to the PayPal site where you can make payment. So all your payment details will be handled by PayPal itself. How can I pay on PayPal ?

PayPal offers different payment options to its users. You can use your credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, PayPal balance and e-checks. You can also pay with your bank account by linking it with PayPal.

How much time PayPal takes for payment confirmation ?

Usually PayPal takes up to 1 business day to confirm the payment and make the transfer. However, in rare cases (for example, e-check etc), it can take up to 5 business days for your payment to be confirmed by PayPal. After PayPal has confirmed your payment, it will release funds to our account and we’ll start processing your order.

What about customs and taxes ?

Import duties, taxes and customs are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. However, we ship all orders free of cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to check for these additional charges before ordering anything. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Returns, Refunds and Reshipment

ThePetsBazaar provides 60 days money back guaranty on all orders*. In this section you can read different regulating terms and conditions for refund, return and re-shipment. What if I do not receive my package ?

If you do not receive your package within 60 days, here are few steps you can take.

  1. Check with your local post office. Sometimes, post offices receive the packages but do not deliver for various reasons.
  2. Check with customs, your package might be held by customs for clearance.
  3. Contact us and let us know about your issue. We’ll issue a full refund if your order does not reach you within 60 days*.

What if I receive broken or damaged items ?

All the items are inspected by our staff before shipping. However, during shipping, the package is handled by various companies and therefore might get damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us with pictures / videos of broken / defective item. We’ll either send the new item without any additional cost or issue a full/partial refund depending upon the condition of usability of the item#.

How can I exchange my product for a different variation ?

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size, color etc, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. You must keep in mind, you can not exchange 1 item for other. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we ask you to do so.

In case for an exchange, you’ll have to pay the shipping fee both ways which may, sometimes, cost you more than the cost of product. It is, therefore, recommended that you should make up your mind before you actually place an order.

Eligibility for a refund and how do I apply for it?

Full Refund

Under following conditions, you are eligible for a reshipment or full refund.

  1. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days).
  2. If you received a totally different item than your order. Like you ordered a cushion, but instead, you got a curling iron.

Partial Refund

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused. In this case, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping charges are 3-10$ per package sent to you and depend on the type and size of the product.

No Refund

No Refunds will be made in following cases;

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, items stuck at custom office etc)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of ThePetsBazaar (i.e. delayed because of a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account, within 14 days.

Shipping & Tracking

Read important information about shipping procedure and tracking your order. All the orders outside the US will be shipped by Air mail and within US we use USPS. You must be glad to know that we provide FREE SHIPPING worldwide (with few exceptions).

Do you ship worldwide ?

In a nutshell, Yes!! We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How do you ship packages ?

We will try to use the fastest yet economical mean to ship your products. According to your country, we’ll choose the appropriate shipping company and ship your package immediately. While shipping outside US, all our products are shipped using Air Mail. Therefore shipping time may be different for different countries. When shipping within United States, we’ll ship your order using United States Postal Service(USPS).

What are the shipping costs ?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. But we offer Free Shipping on all our products for a hassle free shopping experience.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by your location. However, once we ship your order it may take 7-45 business days (does not include weekends and holidays) to reach your location. After 45 business days, if you still do not receive your order, please contact your local customs office and post office if your package is held there. In case they also don’t have your package, you can contact us for a refund within 60 days.

Will my items be sent in one package?

We’ll send your parcel as gift and also mentions its price between $0.1-$5.00. There are strong chances that you won’t have to pay for extra customs and taxes. For same reasons items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

How can I track my order ?

You can track your order on our Order Tracking page. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 5 days for shipping company to update their tracking record on internet. However, if you have not received your tracking code even after 5 days of order, you can contact us.
